Skills to meet the needs of a diverse workforce
Do you want to learn how to design training to fit the needs of a diverse work force and a diverse work environment? Are you looking to gain new skills in the areas of intercultural communication, conflict resolution, global customer service, and generational diversity? If so, the Intercultural Leadership Certificate at Century College might be for you.
As the workplace becomes increasingly diverse, so do the challenges, particularly when designing training curriculum.
In this 50-hour certificate program, you will learn the skills that contribute to an inclusive and mutually beneficial workplace. The program — modeled after other successful programs in the nation — is taught by inter-culturally competent instructors who are mindful of adult learning styles, leadership development and intercultural relations.
“This program has enhanced our (company’s) own diversity initiatives in ways we could not have planned for or dreamed of. Thanks for making it available to us!”
