Students who have registered for classes but have not made arrangements for payment of session tuition and fees by the following dates will have their registration cancelled:

  • Summer session - May 13, 2008
  • Fall semester - July 28, 2008

Students registering for classes after those dates will have:

  • 3 business days (summer session)
  • 5 business days (fall semester)
from the time of their registration to make payment arrangements for tuition and fees. Students who do not make arrangements by that deadline will have their registration canceled.

Students registering for classes anytime during the first

  • 3 business days (summer session)
  • 5 business days (fall semester)
must make arrangements for payment of tuition and fees by
  • May 21, 2008 (summer session)
  • September 2, 2008 (fall semester)

Students who do not make payment arrangements by those deadlines will have their registration cancelled and will be unable to re-enroll in the same term's courses.

Payment options

Students can pay tuition and fees in any one of the following ways:

  • Pay the full balance of your tuition and fees, or
  • Make a down-payment of $300 or 15 percent of the total amount owed (whichever is less), or
  • Have a processed FAFSA received at Century College by

    1. May 13 (summer)
    2. July 28 (fall) or
  • Submit a Third Party Billing Authorization to the Business Office, or
  • Submit a verification of an outside scholarship to cover tuition and fees to the Business Office.

Note: PSEO students must submit forms to the Business Office.

Full payment due dates and late fees

Full payment of all tuition and fees must be made by:

  • June 2, 2008 (summer session)
  • September 24, 2008 (fall semester)

Students who do not pay their tuition and fees in full by these deadlines will be assessed a monthly late fee of $25, as well as a single administrative fee of $30 for placing the student on the college payment plan. Students with outstanding account balances after these deadlines will have a hold placed on their record and will be unable to register for future courses or obtain an official transcript until their account balance is paid in full.

Note: If students decide not to attend their classes, it is their responsibility to drop them. Students are responsible for the payment of tuition and fees for all courses not dropped during the first:

  • 3 business days of summer session
  • 5 business days of fall semester

regardless of whether or not the student chooses to attend the class.

Non-attendance of classes

Students who do not plan on attending registered classes must drop via the web at Century Registration page or complete a drop form in person at the Records Office prior to the 5th day of the semester (3rd day of summer session). Century College does not drop students for non-attendance. Therefore, DO NOT rely on the college to drop you from your courses.

After the

  • 3rd day of summer session (May 21, 2008)
  • 5th day of fall semester (August 29, 2008)
all registered students are financially committed for tuition and fees. All classes at Century College have a limited number of seats available. Your registration reserves a seat in each of your classes, and prevents another student from registering should a class be full.

  • In requesting this reservation you have incurred a tuition obligation.
  • No invoices or tuition statements are sent out. View your fee statement online at Pay for College and pay tuition.
  • Students are required to pay tuition and fees unless they drop classes prior to the 5th day of the semester (3rd day of summer session) in person at the Records Office or on the web at Century Registration page
