Program description
Would you like to use your creative talent for profit? Are you interested in creating comfortable, healthy, safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing residential home environments? If so, the Interior Design Program at Century College is for you.
The program will help you develop a strong foundation of skills in drafting, product knowledge, color, design, estimating, codes, sales and writing specifications. The Interior Design AAS degree will transfer into Metropolitan State University to be able to continue on to a Bachelors degree of your choice.
One of the key benefits of the program is that it weaves "sales and presentation" content into all of the courses, along with specific sales courses. Why? Because you can be a great designer, but if you can't sell and market yourself and your product/services, your income will be compromised.
