and finding your way.
Strong Interest Inventory (SII)
Take this widely researched instrument that inventories your interests into six broad categories of what is called the Holland Code. There is a fee for this assessment of $7.80. You can take it in a paper and pencil version by signing up for an appointment with a counselor (651-779-3285) or you can click on the SII link to take it online. Allow about 30 minutes to complete the SII. If you choose the online version, take it online, pay for it at our Century Business Office, then make an appointment with a counselor to review the results. You will receive your printout at that appointment.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): Measures personal preferences that influence your learning and work style. Understanding your style can improve your education/career planning, performance, and satisfaction.
Campbell Interest and Skills Survey(CISS)
This well-researched instrument analyzes your self-reported interests and skills and indicates how they compare to the general population and to people in a variety of occupations. For a fee of $17.95, you can take this assessment online by clicking on the CISS link. For a lesser fee of $9.25 which includes the assessment and a workbook, you can take this assessment instead by paper and pencil - call 651-779-3285 to make an appointment with a counselor.
